> R-2R ladder network DAC utilizes resistor-based switching to convert digital signals into analog. Compared to modern delta-sigma DACs, which rely on high-frequency 0/1 switching, the R-2R conversion process is more direct and inherently pure, delivering a more natural sound quality.
